Work outs have a lot of benefits. We all know we need to do some work outs to stay healthy. But what are the other reasons why you should work out? This is my top 10 reasons why you should go for a run, go to the gym, play football or dance!

Of course, a work out helps you to stay in shape. When do work out 2-3 times per week you will see it is easier to stay in shape. So summer or not, your body is always bikini ready!
2. More energy
You need energy to do your work out. But, a good work out gives you energy as well. So when you come home from a long day at work go to the gym and feel the difference after your work out! But also in general, people who work out 2-3 times per week have more energy than people who don’t.
3. Eat more food
When you work out 4 times per week or more your body needs more fuel. This means you need to eat more! Of course do you need to focus on healthy food but I think everybody loves to eat a bit more because it is good for you.

Going to the gym or to a club help you to meet new people. It is always great to meet new people and those new people will motivate you to do your work outs!

Work outs help you to sleep well. When you find a good balance between eating healthy and working out you will experience that you sleep faster and deeper. And this will help you to recover for your next work out!
