I-love-mugcakes. Mugcakes are the best! Every Saturday and Sunday I make a mugcake for breakfast. It is like eating cake for breakfast! And the good news is, mugcakes are really easy to make. You can make endless combinations as long as you keep the basic ingredients in. My favorite one is with nuts and blue berries. So try this at home and tell me about your favorite mugcake!
This is what you need:
– 1 egg
– 1 banana
– 30 grams of oats
– 15 grams of vegan protein powder (you can leave this out)
– nuts, berries, fruit, everything you like
Mash the banana in a mug or a small bowl. Add the egg to the banana and mix until the dough is light yellow. Add the oats, the protein powder, the nuts, cinnamon (and all the other ingredients you like to add) except the yogurt. Put the mug or the small bowl in the microwave for 3 minutes. After 3 minutes turn the mugcake upside down on a plate and put some yogurt on the top. Breakfast is ready!
