This smoothie looks maybe a bit different. I had some beetroot left overs and I decided to try this smoothie. And I have to say, it was delicious! The smoothie tastes sweet because of the grapefruit and the beetroot. And the avocado and spinach make this smoothie perfect to drink after a work out. Again a must try!
This is what you need for two glasses:
– 2 grapefruits
– 1 avocado
– 200 grams cooked beetroot
– 100 grams spinach
Squeeze to grapefruits and add the juice to the beetroot. Mix everything with a blender. Cut the avocado in pieces and at to the mix. Mix everything again. Add the spinach bit by bit and mix everything again. You can add a bit of water to the smoothie if you like. Enjoy!
