Pre work out pancakes

breakfast pancakesThese pancakes are great for the weekend. It takes some time to prepare them but they give you energy for a long intensive work out. The pancakes are a great source of protein. And who doesn’t like pancakes for breakfast?!

This is what you need:
– 3 eggs
– 2 banana’s
– 250 ml yogurt
– 60 grams spelt flour
– 1/4 teaspoon salt
– 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Mash the banana’s and whisk the eggs. Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix it until it becomes dough. I prefer to use a hand mixer. Bake the pancakes in a pan with a bit of butter or oil. Add some fruit or honey to the pancakes if you like and enjoy!
