Snack and breakfast inspiration; oat bread

oat breadInspiration for this bread came from Monique-fit4health. This bread is great for breakfast or as a snack. It contains a lot of protein and slow carbohydrates. Perfect to start your day with. I make this bread during the weekend so I can eat it during the week. Before an early morning run I eat two pieces of this bread. But I also love to eat this bread as a snack. Like the other bread’s I wrote about this bread is simple and healthy. You can get all the ingredients in the supermarket. Reason enough to make this healthy oat bread.

This is what you need:
– 250 grams oats
– 3 spoons sunflower seeds
– 2 spoons chaiseeds
– 2 spoons linseed
– 2 spoons cinnamon
– 3 eggs
– 180 ml Almond milk
– 2 spoons Goji berries
– coconut oil

Pre head to oven for 170 degrees
Mix all the ingredients except the coconut oil until it becomes dough. Use the coconut oil to grease the cake mold. Put the dough in the cake mold. Bake the dough for 50 minutes and you oat bread is ready.
