Healthy Green smoothie inspiration

Green smoothie2Weekends are perfect for a long and intensive work out. Today I did a spinning class and I trained my abs. After a work out like this I’m always hungry. My body needs to recover as well. That’s why I prefer to take a smoothie with my lunch. Today I tried this green and extremely healthy smoothie. This smoothie looks amazing, contains a lot of vitamins and minerals and taste good! I would call this a must try smoothie.

This is what you need for 2 glasses:
– 130 grams spinach
– 2 pieces of celery
– 1 cucumber
– 1 apple
– 200 ml water

Peel the apple and the cucumber and cut them in small pieces. Put the apple and the cucumber with 100 ml in a blender and mix it. Add the spinach to the mix and mix everything again. Cut the celery in pieces and add them together with 100 ml water to your mix. Mix everything again and your healthy green smoothie is ready!
