I love bread! I can’t get enough of it. But, eating clean doesn’t include much bread. The best option? Make your own healthy bread! Broccoli bread is simple, fast and can be used for lunch, diner or as a snack. Tonight I had my broccoli bread with soup. You should really try this one!
This is what you need for broccoli bread:
– 200 grams spelt flour
– 150 grams oats
– 4 eggs
– 2 teaspoons with spices, (what ever you like)
– pepper and salt
– 1/2 broccoli
– 100 ml water
Pre head the oven on 200 degrees.
Mix all the ingredients except the broccoli in a kitchen machine until it is dough. Cut the broccoli in small pieces and mix it with the dough. Cover your oven plat with baking paper and spread out the dough. Spread the dough until it is around 1,5 cm thick. Bake broccoli bread for 20 minutes until it is brown.
