Red smoothie inspiration

Red SmoothieAfter my first smoothie I felt in love. Smoothies are simple and fast to make, they are healthy and delicious! This red smoothie contains beetroot. Beetroot is really good for people who work out. Beetroot benefits the oxygen flow to your muscles. This means you can work out longer without feeling tried. This is what you need for this red smoothie:

– 250 grams beetroot
– 1 avocado
– 1 sweet apple in pieces
– 1 lemon, the juice
– 1 glass of water

Put the avocado pulp and the beetroot in a kitchen machine. Mix everything. Add the apple pieces and the lemon juice. Mix everything. At the water to the smoothie and mix everything again. Your smoothie is ready to drink, enjoy!
