Water is the most important supplier of minerals for your organs. Water brings your organs calcium and magnesium which benefits your organs. Without those minerals your organs wouldn’t be working. To incorporate minerals and vitamins your body needs water as well. Water helps you to keep your body temperature right. Your body temperature is managed by sweating. When your body can’t sweat your eyes, month and joints will be dry. To sweat your body needs water.
Water gives you energy
You have to drink enough water to avoid desiccation. Desiccation results in a low energy level. You will feel tried and you have less energy to do work or sports.
Water helps you manage your weight
If you want to loose some weight or you want to stay in shape, water is the key to success. Water contains no calories. This means water is better than any other drink. Water also takes the hunger feeling away. People who work out have to drink even more. You muscles need the water to recover.
Water helps against a headache
One of the most well known results of drinking to less water is getting a headache. The best example is a hangover, a hangover means that you body is desiccated. If you drink 2 glasses of water before you go to sleep after a couple of drinks you have a lower chance of having a hangover the next day.
