Green smoothie inspiration

One of my best friends is a huge fan of smoothies. She drinks them everyday! And she drinks the ones made with water, she is a pro. So after my 16km run I decided to make a smoothie as well. Since I’m not a smoothie pro and I need my protein I picked this Green Smoothie with yogurt. And I can tell you, it is delicious!

This is what you need for to glasses of this Green Smoothie:Green Smoothie
– 2 banana’s
– 150 grams spinach
– 1 avocado
– 200 ml yogurt

Mix it all together in a kitchen machine and your Green Smoothie is ready, enjoy!
