Healthy snack inspiration: Crispy chickpeas

ChickpeasI love to snack, specially during the weekend when we have friends or when we relax on the couch and watch a movie. We all know that snacking is tempting and that you almost always eat to much. This snack is different, you can eat as much as you want and it is good for you! The Crispy chickpeas a high in protein and low in fat and calories. That is what we want to snack!

This is what you need:
– Chickpeas, you can make as much as you want
– Chili pepper, turmeric, cumin powder (all spices you like)
– Olive oil
– Baking paper

Pre head the oven on 200 degree.
If your chickpeas are a bit wet, dry the chickpeas with a pieces of paper towel. Spread out the chickpeas on the baking paper. Sprinkle the spices and a bit olive oil on the chickpeas. Place the chickpeas in the oven for 45 minutes.

After 45 minutes you healthy snack is ready to eat. Watch out, they are hot!
