This lunch is very simple to make. You can even make it at work! This wrap is the perfect lunch for fit girls. Low in calories, high in protein. You can add vegetables if you want but you can also keep it simple like I did.
This is what you need:
– wraps, I prefer the wholegrain wraps
– Salad (pick one you like, doesn’t matter which one)
– cottage cheese
Wash the salad and put it on the wrap. Add the tuna and cottage cheese. Roll up the wrap and you’re ready, enjoy!
