Happy New Year! 2015 is going to be fit, healthy and amazing. To start 2015 healthy I made a Mugcake this morning. Inspiration came from Tess. The Mugcake is simple, looks really cute and is delicious. Together with the Mugcake I had an apple and a glass of warm lemon water with ginger. An energy boost for New Years day!
This is what you need for the Mugcake:
– 1 egg
– 1 banana
– 3 spoons oats
– 1/2 a spoon honey
– a bit of raise (or anything else you like)
– a bit of cinnamon
Mix everything in a small bowl and put the bowl in the microwave. Depending on your microwave the Mugcake is ready in 4-5 min. I checked every minute. I used the microwave on the highest degree. The Mugcake is ready when your mix becomes stiff and looks like a cake! You can add any fruit you like.
For the lemon water I used hot water, a lemon and a piece of ginger.
