Food for after your work out at the gym

It is important to eat after a work out. But you want to eat the right food to make sure that the food benefits your body and not destroys your work at the gym.

I just fcottage cheeseinished my work out at the gym. Since I focus more on abs, I use more weights at the gym. This means that I have to eat food that is high in protein to recover my muscles. I found a simple and nice recipe with cottage cheese, nuts and hemp seeds. A good combination for after your work out. Cottage cheese is high in protein and low in fat. The cheese is low in calories and a source for vitamin B2, B12 and calcium as well. The nuts help recover your body, they give you energy and the benefit a good night of sleep. Hemp seeds are a high source of protein and fibers. The perfect combination after a work out!

This is what you need:
– 4 spoons of cottage cheese
– a hand of walnuts
– a hand of almonds
– 1 spoon of hemp seeds

Mix everything and enjoy!
