Healthy diner: Burger with fries

Ready for a healthy diner? Eat this burger with fries! This is a tuna burger with fries made of sweet potatoes. Simple to make and delicious. Perfect for a lazy Sunday or after a busy day at work.

This is what you need for 2 persons:
– 400 grams fresh tuna
– 2 spoons wasabi paste
– 1 spoon sesame seeds
– 160 grams uncooked brown rice
– 3 sweet potatoes
– coconut oil
– 1 union
– 2 tomatoes

Prehead the oven for 200 degrees.
Start with the sweet potatoes. Cut the sweet potatoes in fries. Fill a bowl with water and leave the potatoes in the bowl for a hour. After a hour dry the potatoes with a towel. When the potatoes are dry sprinkle some coconut oil over the potatoes. Spread the potatoes out on an oven plat and bake the potatoes for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes take the potatoes out of the oven and leave them out until your burgers are ready for baking. (I finished my burgers in 15 minutes)
Crush the tuna in a kitchen machine. After crushing the tuna put the tuna in a bowl. Add the wasabi paste, sesame seeds, pepper and salt. Mix everything. Make with wet hands 4 burgers with the mix. Put the burgers on an oven plat and bake the burgers together with the potatoes for 15 minutes.
Garnish your burger with tomatoes and union.
