Breakfast inspiration: Muffins

Do you want to start you day healthy? Start with a Muffin! Yes I’m serious, these Muffins are healthy and delicious. You can eat them for breakfast or as a snack during the day. They are simple to make and the look cute, why not starting tomorrow morning with a Muffin?! This is what you need for 10 Muffins:

– 100 grams oats
– 1 tea spoon spelt flour
– 2 ripe banana’s
– 3 eggs
– 2 tea spoons cinnamon
– 100 grams Goji Berries

Prehead the oven for 180 degrees.
Mix all the ingredients in a kitchen machine except the Goji Berries. Put the mix in a bowl and add the Goji Berries. Mix everything. Us two spoon of the mix per Muffin cup. Put the Muffin cups in the oven for 30 minutes. Check at the end for the color of the muffins. Enjoy!
