Lunch and diner tip: Skinny pizza

Do you always feel guilty after eating a pizza but do you love pizza’s? This skinny pizza will be ideal for you. I found this pizza on (a Dutch website). You can eat it for diner but you can also eat it cold for lunch. This is one of my boyfriend’s favorites, he wouldn’t mind eating this pizza every week. You can make the pizza with everything you like, chicken, tuna, vegetables and cheese. This pizza is delicious and you can eat him without any guilt. This is what you need:

– 250 grams oats
– 2 spoons buckwheat flour
– To hands of walnuts
– 8 Sun-dried Tomatoes
– 2 spoons Italian spices
– 200 millilitre water
– 2 eggs
– pesto
– tuna
– tomatoes, peppers, union whatever vegetables you like
– cheese

Prehead to oven for 200 degrees.
– Mix the walnuts, Italian spices and sun-dried tomatoes in a kitchen machine. Add the oats, buckwheat flour, water and the eggs and mix this in a kitchen machine. Use a oven plate and cover him with bake paper. Spread the mix out on the oven plate in a nice round. Make it the round 0,5 cm thick. Bake the pizza bottom for 10 minutes in the oven.
– After 10 minutes take the pizza bottom out the oven and spread the pesto out on the pizza bottom. Cover the pizza bottom with the vegetables and tuna. Bake the pizza for 30 minutes.
– After 30 minutes take the pizza out of the oven and add the cheese to the pizza. Bake the pizza for 5-10 more minutes and your pizza is ready to eat!
