Skinny oat cookies

During a busy day I love drink a cup of tea and eat something sweet. I prefer to eat healthy and clean and that’s why I bake very often skinny oat cookies. They are healthy, sugar free and give you an energy boost. And most important, they are delicious!

This is what you need:
– 3 banana’s
– 1 cup of oats
– 2 spoons cocoa powder or grains
– 1 spoon cinnamon
– sunflower seeds
– pumpkin seeds

Heat the oven (200 degrees)
Start with mashing the banana’s. Mix the other ingredients with the banana’s. Add as much seeds as you like. (you can also add other seeds). When everything is mixed you make the cookies. After 20 minutes in the oven your cookies are ready.

Skinny oat cookies are also great for breakfast. Enjoy!
