With this breakfast you will rock your day! This is what you need:
– 1 cup of oats
– 1 banana
– blueberries
– cocoa powder
– hemp seeds
– Almonds (or other nuts)

Start with cooking water or milk and mix this with the oats. At the other ingredients to the oats. Simple, fast and delicious!
